Installation

• Welding and fabrication experience are required.
• Welding to the cast center section and cast inner C's should only be performed by a qualified welder.
• Some grinding and minor fitment adjustments may be required, as factory axle housings can vary slightly.
• Intended for vehicles with a minimum 1.5-inch suspension lift and at least 1/2-inch bump stop extensions.
• Before operating the vehicle, verify suspension and oil pan clearance by cycling the suspension through full compression.
• In rare cases, additional bump stop extension may be required to prevent contact between the truss and the oil pan.

Note

• Designed for use on OEM Jeep JL Sport and Sahara front axles.
• Not tested on right-hand-drive or non-U.S.-specification Jeep JL models.
• Axle Armor kits are not compatible with non-OEM axle housings, including Dana/Spicer Ultimate 44, Dynatrac ProRock 44, and G2 Dana 44 axles.
• Upgrading the axle truss does not guarantee that other factory axle components will withstand the additional stress created by larger tires or aggressive off-road use.
