Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Once an car service is purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund or cancelled unless the item is not in stock. See cancellation policy below.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

CANCELLATION POLICY (for Rental Services)

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

REFUND POLICY (for Rental Services)

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment

Exchange (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchabge.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing exchanges (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, you cWe will deliver the product as a soon as possible. If we are out of stock on the item, you will have the option to cancel the order at no charge or wait for the delivery which may take up to 40 days. Should you like to expedite the delivery, we will inform you of extra charges, if any, in advance.

We Ship and Deliver to UAE and GCC countries.

Deliver fees depend on the product and the country so we will update you with the costing once you purchase is completed.

We will ship all UAE order within 24 hours and it will be deliver within 2 to 3 days.

All GCC order will be shipped within 24 hours and it will take 4 to 7 days.
