Returns and Exchanges (Products)
Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund unless the item received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is received damaged or defective, please contact us at:

For rental services, customers may cancel their booking within 24 hours of the purchase date.
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used at checkout.
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed depending on your bank or payment provider.

UAE Orders
- Orders are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation
- Delivery time is typically 1 to 2 business days
GCC Orders
- Orders are shipped within 24 hours
- Delivery time is typically 5 to 7 business days
Rest of the World
- Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours
- Delivery time is typically 7 to 10 business days
- GCC refers to the following countries:
- Saudi Arabia
- Kuwait
- Qatar
- Bahrain
- Oman
Countries outside the GCC without international sanctions
- Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours

Delivery fees depend on the product, destination, and shipping method. Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout or communicated after order confirmation.
If an item is out of stock, customers will have the option to:
- Cancel the order at no charge
- Wait for restocking, which may take up to 40 days
For UAE orders only, if expedited delivery is requested, additional charges may apply and will be communicated in advance.
Force Majeure
Offroad Zone shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this policy if such delay or failure results from events beyond reasonable control.
These events include but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Acts of government or regulatory authorities
- War, civil unrest, or strikes
- Supply chain disruptions
- Transportation delays
- System failures or unforeseen technical issues
In such cases, Offroad Zone reserves the right to extend delivery timelines or suspend services without liability.
